Sync Challenges

I have been getting more and more reports of sync challenges from DianHua users.  Most of them appear to be data that syncs correctly if I do so manually from the server so I believe we're dealing with performance and/or network problems. 

 

Before I make any significant changes to the existing system to try to combat the problem, I am going to move the site to a new VPS provider.  I started moving other systems to the new provider last week, and so far, performance is remarkably better so hopefully that will cure the problems in and of itself.

I purchased DianHua Dictionary Audio Module app 28th
Oct 2011. I am trying to SYNC History and Bookmark data but my email address
keeps being rejected?

I only have one email:

this is what I use for iTunes apps.

You're probably getting an error because the account already exists. It's
possible the registration went through successfully once when you didn't think
it had. Try using the Sync button to perform the sync and see if it works.

If
it doesn't work, drop me an e-mail or comment again here, and we'll look
further.

why.

I've used DHAudio for quite awhile and really like it. Unfortunately I recently
replaced my iPhone with an Android device -- long story.

Anyway, I'm writing to
simply say that I hope you port it to my Android phone.

There are no plans for an Android part right now, but I will add yours to the
list of requests for future consideration.
